Fireproof

Well, it has been a very long summer but it is safe to say that our home is now fireproof! Well that may be a stretch BUT it has been completely rewired and upgraded, complete with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire escape window in the basement! NO more aluminum wiring, and no more funky shortcuts that the original owner took for us to uncover! And after two electrical fires I think we can finally breathe easy. It was rough having electricians here all of the time, the power off and the house torn apart, but well worth the peace of mind!
